You can boil it or steam it or you can get one of those little countertop electric grills (not griddle) and grill it. It sits up on a rack over the heat and all the fat drips off into a catch pan underneath.

Spice it up with sage, pepper, thyme and a little salt then steam it done. Very low fat and tasty.
Another way is to get a non-stick pan and "fry it" in the water then add salsa or chutney for flavor.
Chicken on the grille is the best with chili power and salt and pepper.
All of these methods work with fish too!

It's not gonna be tasty if you don't season it. Chicken is bland, asd so is water. Live a little! Get soem Jane's Crazy Mixed-Up Salt and add to the chicken!

clean and cut the breasts into medium pieces. marinate for 20 minutes, with a mixture of 1 teaspoonful of curds, or yogurt, plain, not sweet, 1 teaspoonful red chillipowder, some turmeric powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste.
just grease the pan with a little oil, use non-stick.
keep it on the stove, put the breast-pieces, and cook for 20 minutes with the lid on.
sprinkle some garam masala, i.e. a powder of cloves, cardamom, cinamon, which you will get in an indian store.
serve hot garnished with onion rings, tomato rings, and chopped coriander, with bread, or steamed, plain rice.
