This guy has been liking me since i was 9 and were 15 now nad he just stares and he always says high when i come around but i ignore himand yell at him and tell him to leav me alone .. i know im mean but i dont know if i should give him a chance or not

i think you should, he seems cute and you may just not realize how much you actually care for him until he's gone and then it'll be too late. but obviously dont do anything that your uncomfortable with, dont lead him on if you truly dont have feelings for him. maybe try going out once with him and if it goes well great if not its time to tell him that your truly not interested.

It depends, do you want to be with somebody who really likes you and probably will treat you the way you should be? I think the most important thing for a person to feel in their relationships is that they are loved. I'd say give him a try, at least find out if you like him too.

If you know you're not interested, don't lead him on. If uncertain, you might consider a couple of dates just to see. Just don't let things get serious unless you're ready and you know you want to. If he starts saying "I love you," in ten minutes, back off. Since he's liked you for six years, he might be ready to take things quicker than you are. You could at least be nice to him, either way.. =)
