I always bump into things and loose my balance easily. Also when I walk I always lean to my left, usually bumping into the person walking beside me. Can I fix this?

I always bump into things and loose my balance easily. Also when I walk I always lean to my left, usually bumping into the person walking beside me. I am 23yrs old, 5'4 and weigh 115lbs. Can I fix this?

You don't state your age but everyone goes through this sort of awkward stage when they're growing up especially during puberty.If you experience dizziness when you lean your head back or to the side you may have vestibular problems possibly stemming from a problem with the fluid in your inner ear which basically tells you which end is up.You didn't mention an adversity to heights so it probably isn't vertigo.Speak to a doctor if you're concerned.Sports or exercise can help if it's just your awkward stage

I agree that you should get this checked out. There could be a problem with your eyes or inner ears, or some neurological conditions will cause this too. Or you might have even had a small stroke.

How long has this been going on? You need to see a doctor. You could have a problem with your inner ear, or it could be something more serious - GO SEE A DOCTOR (especially if this is a recent phenomenon)!!
