Claiming that he wasn't capable of speaking to Pharoah, when in fact he did.

Killing the Egyptian.

Hiding the body.

Fleeing the scene of the crime.

Not circumcising his son on the 8th day as commanded to Abraham.

Breaking the original stone tablet in anger.

And striking the rock the second time.

as far as i know moses commited only 1 sin
the one that didnt allow his entry into israel

that was where he hit the rock instead of just talking to it as G-d had instructed him (doing so he failed to display the greatness of G-d)
