Slow cooked of course. I love ribs and pork shoulder, but it's all pretty damn good if cooked right.

I agree with you. I love slow cooked BBQ. I love kabobs (shrimp, chicken, beef, fruit, and vegetables). I mix and match and put lots of different kinds of sauces. Thanks for asking.

BBQ is less about the food for me. I enjoy the music, conversation, family, friends and volleyball more.
But pork ribs are the rule at our BBQ's. If nothing else, ribs and beer.

Most the BBQs I've been to have used the "nuke it!" techniques. If the charcoal doesn't cook it, the napalm will.
As to what meats to cook, with this technique it doesn't matter, it all ends up looking like charcoal and tasting of carbon. That's what the lager is for, to hide the taste of pencil lead.

My favourite type of bbq is one that I don't have to do. I love bbq'd hamburgers, lamb chops, pork chops and ribs and chicken.
