Nope. You need to call your guidance office and fill out a wavier, and then they can send it.

no, you can not get an transcript on line unless you are in college. for the high school transcript you will have to go to the school you attended and get that from there.

Try calling or going up to the school you need your transcript from.

It depends. Does the school have a website? If not then write to them.
