Because they can't make up their mind whether they believe in determinism or free will.
They like using Free Will to blame people for things they say are 'sins'. Example: these say gay people are living that way by choice. So they must be sinners.
But then they also believe in Determinism because they believe in prophecy and all sorts of other superstition like 'everyone's life story is written in the Book of Life' etc.
As far as Jesus goes, they say 'he had the free will to be destined to die'.
WHICH IS A CONTRADICTION.

He was in pain. At the moment when God turned His back on Jesus, BECAUSE he was now burdened with all the sins of the world, Jesus grieved to the very depth of His soul.
At that precise moment, The Son of God was not "connected" to God the Father. It must have been horribly frightening to Him.
Please keep in mind that while Jesus was on this earth, He was both fully Human and fully Divine. And Jesus did NOT know everything. He only "knew" what was revealed to Him by the Father.
Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
John 5:19 Then Jesus replied, "I assure you: The Son is not able to do anything on His own, but only what He sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, the Son also does these things in the same way.

For a moment the Father turned from Him.
It is also a quote from Psalm 22.
It may be the only place in the Bible that has this direct Aramaic quote. Why? The crowd at Calvary spoke Greek.
Jesus was speaking, primarily, to the priests.
Look at Psalms 22 verse 6.
Verse 6: But I [am] a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
A worm? What’s up with that?
The Hebrew lexicon is “towla”.
Check out “Towla”…

the worm "coccus ilicis" ++++ When the female of the scarlet worm species was ready to give birth to her young, she would attach her body to the trunk of a tree, fixing herself so firmly and permanently that she would never leave again. The eggs deposited beneath her body were thus protected until the larvae were hatched and able to enter their own life cycle. As the mother died, the crimson fluid stained her body and the surrounding wood. From the dead bodies of such female scarlet worms, the commercial scarlet dyes of antiquity were extracted. What a picture this gives of Christ, dying on the tree, shedding His precious blood that He might "bring many sons unto glory" (Heb. 2:

I'm an atheist and am open to the concept of reincarnation. Christians are those who're extra adversarial to the suggestion than atheists are. to be an atheist, all you need to consider is that there are not any gods. I'm no longer going to deal with your entire elements. But the Biblical reference is not evidence given how some of the parties were tested fake with simpl archeology. The Great Flood & Jericho to call two. If it is flawed on something, it is credibility at the leisure is suspect. NDEs are not anything greater than the mind hallucinating because it shuts down. No measurable mind waves does not imply none of it's running. Given the wildly more than a few "reviews" they cannot all be real. EDIT NOTE: The geological list suggests many worldwide parties. Which approach if there used to be a worldwide flood, it could be within the list. No flood. Jericho used to be somewhat walled town approximately one mile rectangular. It used to be no longer destroyed ewhen or how the Bible mentioned. The Hebrews weren't a slave race in Egypt. They jsut lived there. The Egyptians had plenty of slaves however they did not enslave someone in specified. The pyramids weren't developed by means of slaves. The excavations exhibit the employees have been paid employees and lived simply. As to the NDEs you did not learn what I mentioned. Just considering the fact that natural clinical tracking machines are not able to observe brains waves does not imply a few don't seem to be nonetheless there. Also, ingredients of the mind nonetheless position - badly - while its oxygen starved. Chemicals are produced to shield it from harm, they usually purpose hallucinations. If NDEs have been truly, the "parties" could be uniform. Yet they are no longer. People see what they assume to look, afraid they're going to see or anything thoroughly random. Let's say the Christian faith is right. If the NDEs are real, every body of alternative faiths and atheists could have a Christian enjoy. As to the mind sensation remark, the mind does not have sensations. No nerves in it that check in contact, and many others. of itself. Lastly, I'm conversant in the James Leininger case. Exceptionally compelling proof for reincarnation. Unfortunately it nonetheless falls in need of evidence considering the fact that it is enjoy no longer lab information that may be reproduced or studied. And, no, I are not able to suppose how his case may also be something rather then an legit case of reincarnation. So my brain is open to the probability. Yes, you could have the correct to consider something you desire. And should you submit the ones ideals in a discussion board like this one you can get humans who disagree with you. As for your remark approximately the police and a restraining order, oh come on. How ancient are you? 15? sixteen? Seriously.

Jesus is the Son of God. He said this with deep anguish he felt as he took on the sins of the world, which caused him to be separated from the Father. This is what he dread as he prayed in the garden to take the cup from him (26:39) Jesus suffered this double death so that we would never have to experience eternal separation from God

Because at that moment he felt an intense loneliness. Jesus was not struggling with a lack of knowledge, but rather the emotion of feeling abandoned. It is a powerful demonstration of how human he was and how close he was to His Father.

Why do you doubt God?
Jesus was created. As a son of God he existed eons before the earth was created. But until he gave up his earthly life for us as a pure sacrifice, he was as the angels, able to die. At the moment of his death, he gained eternal life and became "A" God.

This is when Jesus became sin--took on the sins of the world and paid the price so YOU wouldn't have to. This is when God the Father looked away as He will look away from those who do not accept this price that was paid.

this passage clearly proof that Jesus (a.s) was not willing to die. secondly, Jesus (a.s) never said that he has come to die for the sins of the world. What really happened , quran clarifies.
"That they said (in boast), ‘We killed Jesus Christ the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah’ But they killed him not, Nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not-
Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is exalted in Power, Wise."
