Every city or town has its ghetto and then has its really nice part.
Just liek the Brooklyn and The Bronx. I've lived in Brooklyn and go to a private school in the Bronx and trust me they are NICE neighborhoods. ok bye.

Buffalo is one of the poorest Cities in the State, Plattsburg also is further from NYC than most states. The Bronx and Brooklyn as basically good areas.

Plattsburgh and Buffalo are two incredibly different cities even though they share similar features. Plattsburgh is smaller, but nicer than the depressed Western part of NY State.
What a wierd question anyway. What are we comparing here anyway? NYC is another planet from the rest of the state. I love these vague questions.

Don't know about Buffalo, but Plattsburgh is basically a quiet northern New England town near Lake Champlain - not much action, but generally a nice place to live.

It's not bad, but pretty different from the Bronx and Brooklyn. It's fairly far upstate and can feel like a different world.

I didn't realize Plattsburgh and Buffalo are now boroughs! Wow, NYC just keeps getting bigger all the time.

Both of those cities are very nice to live in if you don't mind the incleminate weather. I don't think anything in upstate NY come close in crime in broklyn and the Bronx

Mostly good Some parts poorer than others. Think queeens or brooklyn but spread out more.
