Check out iVillage's healthy weight calculator http://dftools.ivillage.com/healthtools/calc_iw.cfm

The ideal weight calculator uses your height, gender and frame size to help determine a healthy weight range for you. To determine your frame size put your thumb and index finger around your wrist. If your fingers overlap, you have a small frame; if your fingers touch, you have a medium frame; if your fingers do not touch, you have a large frame.

Good luck!

First of all, a 16 year old can only be considered a young woman at best. Age is only a number, but don't try to grow up too fast.

Second, your ideal weight is based on how comfortable you feel with your body. Not what everyone else thinks.

Implied in the question is a teenaged girl who is overly interested in her weight, which would indicate somatic perception problems, can lead to eating disorder. I would suggest that you get out of your house and do something for someone else. Throw a hammer at Habitat for Humanity, visit a nursing home, volunteer at a childcare center, do something that helps someone else. That will do more for you personal growth and self esteem than staring at yourself in the mirror. Other options, read something meaningful that increases your knowledge of life on this planet, science, history, humanities would be good choices. Avoid the fictional characters force fed you through screen media. These are just hour or two hour long commercial prospects designed to get you to purchase more of their products.

To quote Ron White "You can't fix STUPID".

16 year olds are not women. You need to find a calculater online specifically for those under 18.
