How long should i wait to call a girl after she gives me her number, ladies pls?

see i dont wanna call to quick to seem am desparte or anyhting at all of that sort and i dont wanna wait to long after she loses interest or the feeling just isnt there anymore, anyone feelin me, Holla!!!

I would wait one day - chat - and than don't try to make an appointment for the same evening -- try maybe to schedule something for the next evening if she's free.

by calling you show interest in her, by not wanting to see her that same evening it shows you're "not desperate" :-) and you have respect for her space: nice balance !

I don't think you should wait. If she gave you her number she must want you to call her or she wouldn't have given you the number.

My best educated guess (considering I am female) is to call her within 24 hours of the time she gave it to you. Then skip a day, then call her again and tell her that you meant to call her yesterday but...........................................

Use this opportunity to ask her to call you back the next day after you finish doing (whatever). Ask her to call between 6:00 and 7:00 or something so that when she has the time she can.

If she doesn't call you back by 9:00, call her. She may have washed your number in her jeans or something. I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me.

If she calls you back the next day at a particular time that you have asked her to call you may have a little beginning connection.

The reason I picked my husband is that he called or came over everyday and showed me that he was really interested. He was smart about it. I thought we were just friends for about a year and it turned out, he was just playing his cards right. In that year, nothing happened expect we laughed, ate, and talked about life, bum boyfriends and girlfriends, we just did things that were fun.
