Perhaps her hymen is intact. It doesn't mean that she hasn't performed fellatio, given handjobs, and had anal sex. Is she a virgin? I would say no.
Perhaps she has never had sex of any kind, but her hymen is torn from sports, horseback riding, or masturbation. Is she a virgin? I would say yes.
Here are the real issues.
Do you love each other? Do you respect each other? Do you make each other laugh? Do you make each other feel better about yourselves? Do you want her to have your children and raise them with you?
Almost everything else is unimportant.

Unless you take her to a gynocologist, there is no way to tell before having sex. Most likely if she is a virgin she will bleed when having sex, but some people don't for certain reasons.

There's really no way to tell. You have to believe what she tells you.
Girls rarely retain their hymen until they have sex. Bicycle riding, playground activities, horseback riding, and sport activities can break a hymen. Besides...the only reason guys care so much, is a male ego thing.
