There used to be a piece goods store here but the went bankrupt and there nowhere to get fabric other than wholesale they won't sell to me.

There are fabric stores everywhere, there are both a Hanncock and a Joanne's within a mile of my house.

If price is a real issue, sign up for the fabric store mailing list. They are always having sales and sending my wife coupons.

Jo-Ann's fabric is a big store with lots of fabrics, etc. It's at a lot of small malls, etc. Look online for a store locator.

Jo Anns, also try ebay there are lots of fabric sellers, sometimes you can get an excellent deal.
