What color does SHE like? A color she looks good in, feels special in? Bridal gowns used to be red!
She can choose just about anything she wants.....except the veil covering the face; that still is reserved for the first-time bride.
She can opt for a pant suit, a dressy suit, a pretty dress, any length except mini.

If they are having a big/formal wedding, she can wear cream, beige, champagne, yellow, pale pink, etc. Actually, since she doesn't want to wear white or blue (sorry, never heard of that before), she can wear whatever she wants. If she wants to wear black or red, that's her choice. It is important, though, that she wear something modest that doesn't make her look trashy. Since this is her 4th marriage, there are many who will think she IS trashy, so she needs to try to not look like it.

Instead of a dress I think she should put the money towards the Make Your 4th Marriage Your Last Marriage 101 Course.

If there's a theme to the wedding then she should wear a simple dress in the color of that theme. I went to a wedding where the colors of the wedding were pink and black. The bride wore a simple strapless light pink dress.

She could always go with ivory. There are dresses that are two-toned if she wanted to add a little color without it being too "over the edge."

How about a very light pink? And not a full out wedding dress, just a very pretty evening gown.

Perhaps she could recycle all of the previous 3 gowns for a stunner... considering this IS the 4th time :)
