When we answer them, isn't it like throwing pearls to swine? I am not talking about serious questions. But there are a lot of stupid questions where I can almost imagine some young kid sitting back sucking on a joint and laughing at all the responses.

To you Christian "apologetics" I ask you this...Why, in the name of tolerance do you allow these people to put down our Lord? And to those who like to "bash" my comment saying i don't sow love etc, well I'd rather be concerned what God thinks of me then what you think of me. Political correctness is the scourge of society. Get over it.

I have asked a question similar to this, in regard to our accountability for answering questions on here. I try to answer when I truly think they want to know. I don't think most realize that they are accountable for every scripture that is placed before them.Every time some one offers them the plan of salvation and they turn it down, they are grieving the holy spirit. I does make me realize just how lost the world is. We get very sheltered from that here in the bible belt. I am saddened by many of the questions that I see here.
be blessed.

I think that anyone asking questions in this category are actually wanting to know more about spirituality but feel afraid or embarrassed to be seen as serious about it. Even stupid or insulting questions hide a real need for spiritual answers deep in the heart that maybe they are not even consciously aware of. The most ridiculous or insulting question may hide an anger at someone or some group that let them down in a spiritual sense. A mature spiritual person will not judge on the surface but try to understand the deeper issues that a troubled person reveals unaware even to themselves. They may laugh to hide the emptiness inside, even ridicule the answers they receive with friends but a seed planted in even the coldest of hearts will not go unnoticed in Heavenly realms.

The important thing is that they had to read the question in order to give a stupid answer. This could be the day the Holy Spirit began to work. What a blessing that they were lead to look into a Christian issue. They are hungry. Praise the LORD.

When I see religious nuts asking about science I laugh. Talk about pearls to swine. If we did not ask stupid questions, the Christians would not respond. I see questions like "who hates atheists" getting 50 answers, and questions about Christianity getting 2. When you ask a serious question, you get a few answers. Those answers, are just opinions and bible quotes that have nothing to do with the question. If we did ask intelligent questions, the Christians would not understand them. Plus, you guys like to feel like victims so why not mess with you? The fact is most of those stupid questions are asked by Christians trying to make atheists look bad. Christians ask many stupid questions about atheism, and science. I feel like killing myself after reading them, that is how stupid questions from Christians usually are.

Well, . . I do agree.

Some of the question really seems stupid. They have not done enough research, and if they wish to know, they can just ask politely. But more often than not, they just made a statement that this don't exist, that is not found n history.

Most of them are plain stupid.

But I do have great laughter with my 8 yrs daughters sometime, when reading their question. Even she knows the answer.

I think the majority of the writers of those incredibly stupid questions are teenagers. Boys being the majority with girls slightly behind. I've read some really dumb questions from girls--if indeed they are girls and not some wacko dude getting off on a female avatar.
Your last sentence is correct, though. They get an immature charge out of it.

Two words: Boredom & Ignorance

People will try to get away with what is tolerated. So my solution is to not tolerate stupidity. If a question or answer does not meet the Community Guidelines, I report it. Simple as that.

Wow get off your high horse buddy! Everyone is allowed to be a part of society and culture even if you don't agree with them.

I might not agree with everything you post but I don't think I'm better than anyone.

Are you racist as well?

Grow up and become a man; not a little boy scared to come out of his shell.

First, in spite of what any person would request, there isn't any restrict on who solutions questions. 2nd, many atheists right here was working in the direction of Christians. some went by way of years of seminary guidance. Others have been truly preachers, pastors, monks. third (and on a greater very own front), I supply solutions that are genuine to the suitable of my know-how. there have been circumstances the place I truly have possessed a miles better comprehend-how of the context and language of Biblical texts and their historic context than most of the Christians who replied. Is it a "fake answer" to ascertain the language the Bible became initially written in and comprehend it interior the context of the individuals who wrote it and the individuals they have been speaking to? Is it a "fake answer" to ascertain the info and draw conclusions based upon it extremely than assumption? merely what do you classification as a "fake answer" besides?

Ive seen you around, be glad you live on another continent. Im not fond of christians especially the born agian, fundamentalists. theyre the real ignorance. stupidity is the worst sin, christianity was founded on bloodshed and contol. constantine killed his child and wife, and they made him a saint, Paul told lies and decieved people, he was also a chavanist pig, he became a saint as well. Martin luther was a raving lunatic who hated Jews and inspired Hitler to do what he did.
