I started Judo about a month ago. After almost every class I come home with bruises, which I expect. The only thing is about a month ago i was put into an arm bar, and I got a bruise near my armpit. It's still there. I really don't care about that one, but yesterday I got similar bruises on my neck. Moreover, I feel like I'm the only one getting so banged up. Are there any judo players who know what I'm talking about, if these things will eventually go away, and how to help get rid of them (besides stopping judo of course)?

They aren't bruises. You are getting Gi burn (on your neck and armpits) It is caused by the friction of you Gi rubbing against you. They last a little longer than bruises, but obviously without the pain that bruises cause. They will go away with time, it is because you are just starting your body will acclimate itself to it.
You will still get Gi burn on occassion, but no more than most people. This isn't anything to write home about, or needing to go to a Doc about. More than likely the month long bruise under your arm was from a blood vessel bursting, the blood rises to the surface of the skin and will be there for a little while. It will go away.
No need to panic yet, or get worried. You will toughen up to it. Unless you start going numb in your extremities, or seriously injure yourself, you don't have anything to worry about.
Just good ol fashioned Gi burn, plus you probably ruptured a blood vessel. I sounds bad, but anyone who does any kind of contact sport gets it, the vessel heals up and the blood rises to the surface, hence the discoloration. It will go away, and you will forget all about it.

You may want to talk to your doctor. I do alot of grappling (not judo) and I have a medical condition that makes me prone to bruising so I get some real pretty bruises that last a very long time. Some areas on the body seem to hang onto them longer than other aeras.
But ask your doctor as these bruises may indicate an underlying problem.

I agree with the first poster that you really need to see a doctor if this is a concern for you.
I will only add, however, that although bruises are always a part of martial art training, the body also inexplicably seems able to adapt, and you get less of them as time goes on. Of course, there will always be that occasional big one that will seem to linger forever.
But again, if yours has been around for an unreasonably long time, go see your doctor.

I think it's your skin problem.
Arm bar does not really cause bruises.
Maybe, headlock, choking with holding gi could
cause bruises on neck.
I think your skin is too sensitive.
I like all of submission technique.
Submission is just part of Judo.
Throwing tech is main technique of judo.
That's main difference between Judo and Brazilian Jit-ju-su.
If you don't like bruises, consent rate on throwing tech.
And try to finish sparring in standing. not in the ground.
In the ground, there are more struggle on whole body,
therefore, more chance to get bruises

a bruise after a month is not a long time for a deep bruise. however, everyone seems to agree to check with a doc. could be you need some dietary changes etc.
