Remove corpus cavernosum. Expect a lot of blood, so do it in the bath tub: Make a 5-6 inch incision on the lateral edge of the glans penis using a clean scalpel. Cauterize any and all capillary bleeders as they appear. Fold back the skin and have a friend pin it to a piece of plywood (you remember frog dissection, right? Same thing). The corpus is a spongy, reddish pink mass surrounding the urethera. Remove it entirely, taking care not to damage the urethra. Remove the little helmet, but not the last 1/2 inch of urethra. Cauterize (a good soldering iron will work) any bleeders. Stitch or staple the incision closed, paint with betadine and wrap with fresh gauze. Change dressing b.i.d for 7d. If the site has healed properly, secure a #2 foley catheter to the protruding urethra with cyanoacrylate (superglue). Stuff the limp, flaccid mass into the abdominal cavity just below the pubic bone. Thread the catheter through a newly constructed peri-anal fissure, and stitch the urethra in place. Construct a vagina by stitching the loose skin from the inside (Caution: It wont look or feel like the real deal). Bleeding is normal, it means everything is working properly. The bleeding will stop once you hit 53 years of age.

well,you'd have to stuff it in an available opening and the closest one is...........I'd think a johnson stuffed up there would make one a bit uncomfortable especially after a big meal.oh get back to me after you turn that thing inside out,I'd like to know the pain scale
