You could go for a caramel tone hair color. Look into Garnier Nutrisse Cream shades and I think there is one that would compliment your skin.

nothing too blond or light, will look horrible. try the shade that your hair tends to turn after the sun has lightened it naturaly

black or any shade of brown will look good on your skintone... but i suggest try chestnut brown. :)
