Well, I would see at as one of two possibilities- one, she thinks she could like this person, but wants to learn more about him, because she's not sure. Second, she doesn't really like him, but doesn't want to sound mean, bitchy, or hurt his feelings so she's just using "nice" as a way of saying- not interested, but don't take it personally.""

Girls really aren't that confusing.Dont try to read something that's not there.Usally when a girl says that someone is nice,it's a polite way of saying she's not interested.
