1= Do stomach crunches excercise.
2= Try best to drink water b4 or inbetween meal. Dont drink after meal only a sip or two. Its usually to prevent having belly and it reduces at slow pace but it shuld be habit to stay away from pot belly.
3=most importantly swallow one clove of garlic first thing in morning with water for atleast a month.

HI as we get older our bodies tend to gain more weight around the midsection, depending on your age, if you choose to do so,
there are many excersise that you can do, e.g., sit-ups, crunches,
leg raises, cross overs, flutter kicks, bycycle sit-ups, the list goes
on. jogging helps tone the body by removing fat, but will not tone
the stomach. truthfully there's no easy way. the french have and
old saying," INORDER TO LOOK GOOD, ONE MUST SUFFER"
through pain we gain, that is the game. there are no short cuts!!!!

Do crunches and reduce calories intake. Change your routine regularly (different amount of burned and consumed calories everyday) so that your metabolism does not have time to adjust and you will lose the weight continuously.

why don't you wear a tight corset?? it helps a lot specially if you are not into a diet...
