lay on your back and connect the bottom off your feet together while keeping them in the air. then then ask any person to put pressure on your thighs and slowly increase the pressure for a minute. you operate it and instruct him or her to increase but not to decrease. try it for a week and remember (no pain no gain)

with groin streces of progressingly harder difficulty until you can do it. ive never tried but if i had to thats how i would.
