I've tried a bunch of diiferent ones and get results that vary...a lot! I'd like to find a credible one so I can figure out how much more weight I should lose.

I like the one below. It seems pretty accurate. I use it all the time and link to it from my blog. It takes metric or American units of measure.
Remember that BMI doesn't take into account muscle to fat ratio. It's strictly height and weight and if you're very muscular you will show up as overweight.
