I smoke . Last night I smoked 3 cigarettes in a row before I could go to sleep, when I woke up for the prayer by 3,30 am , my heart beat was fast like hell, I felt like I had a racing car in my chest, I couldn't breathe neither so I laid down on my bed to take a breath, seriously I could barely stand up on my feet. I always wanted to quit, now I am serious DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT IT I am sick and tired of it, and I will quit before the end of September.
PS I am sorry, I will no longer be a smoker, and I don't wanna meet with smokers AND I really advice you to start preparing to quit NOW

I'm a smoker. Been smoking since I was 15, and I am 30 now. I'm now down to 1/4 of a pack a day (much to My partner's joy).

I am a smoker , but trying to stop, it will be some time though since they said if you try to stop and going through stressfull time you will most likely not quit. Such nasty habit* ihave right to say this because im a smoker ) lol and its funny you go out light one up you think you are comiting a crime lol But people drink and rive and kill people countless times a day ,go figure everything is always backwards, oh and for those who like to post smokeing i sbad for you , Look up your city and see what you breath in everday ,its not second hand smoke killing you its the nasty AIR lol

I smoke Marlboro Lights and my boyfriend smokes Marlboro Light 100's. I'm in the process of trying to quit. I've smoked since I was 12...stupid, stupid, stupid me! I wish I never would've started. I'm on year 15!!! It seems like just yesterday I was sneaking around to smoke, now my lungs and sinuses are telling me I shouldn't have done that. I doesn't look cool, it smells and tastes nasty, and the given: it's bad for your health.

Good luck with the small cell lung cancers.
Once you get it it is terminal in about 6 months with no hope of a cure.
My Dad just died from it and it made his bones look like swiss cheese.
Stop, please or at least research it over the net.
