why the toolbar up to the task bar disappeared from my internet page?

how i could get it back? its the bar that shows the loading...etc

Click on view. Select toolbars and put it back up. :) You can also lock the toolbars to prevent this from happening again.

right click where the toolbar should be and check off standard buttons, address, and links or customize it
