I just want to know if anyone has any easy but unique workout routine. I've been trying to switch up my routine every day so that my body doesn't get used to it, but doing DDR, push ups, crunches, yadda yadda yadda, on and off does get a bit redundant. So let's see who has some better ideas!!!

I don't have money enough to go to a gym, or to go buy anything other than weights. So, I'm looking more for spunky, fun routines you can do with anything you already have in the house!

This is is a really great workout for me. I run for 30 minutes at a medium pace. Then, I do five sets of 15 pushups(the real ones) and 50 crunches, then I bench press 20 reps and then I do 20 reps of bicep curls. That should keep you lean, strong, and healthy.

There is a GREAT routine in this months Redbook. The basic idea is alternate a series of strength training moves with short cardio bursts inbetween to maximize results. It really is worth it to pick up the magazine! It's working for me!

Hey there, I walk a mile everyday, and I hope to join a gym soon so I have a variety of different activities to do, and one that has an indoor pool so I can do water aerobics which is fun. =)
