I think that if you were truly offered this, most people would pick the sex part - and I'll tell you why.
For women: Sex is pleasurable. Regardless of any stereotypes about women not wanting sex as much as men, they do enjoy it. Sex is a fun, empowering experience that has the power to connect two people regardless of the problems around them. Secondly, sex leads to pregnancy, and I don't think we would survive for long if we didn't have sex. Third, with sex nowadays being such an ambiguous thing (some people think it's dirty, some think it's sexy, some think it's just a petty thing to be apathetic about, etc., etc., etc.), daily sex would command everyone to know EVERYTHING about sex. We would probably take better care of each other, we would probably respect each other a little more, care for each other a little more, know each other a little more, be able to be nicer a little more, understand each other a little more.
For men: Pretty much everything I mentioned above. Not to mention that men have buckets of testosterone pumping through their veins, of course.

To have sex everyday for the rest of my life because I love having sex but it would be best if I were having that sex with someone I loved and who loved me!

Rather than that, i would prefer to have good, honest companionship, not sex. With companionship comes true feelings of friendship, with sex it is just the opposite.
