it is really bothering me gettiing wiegth but also i cant stop eating whiel iam under stress pleas help

Make sure you have lots of fruit and vegetables in so when you are stressed out you can snack on those and it won't be so bad for you!

When you start worring go to a park and walk and think about what you are worring about it will help you to relax and open your mind about what you are worring about. And truely dont fret over the little things and dont worry about things that aren't in your control. Ex: if you are worried about the war over seas - don't you really can't do anything about it you just have to wait it out and see the out come eventually it will come to an end and some new will come about. Ex: if you are stress about your work - when you have a break or lunch go out side and walk sometimes getting away from a problem you can see it in a different light. And if you are possibly on the chopping block so what there are other jobs out there that will appreciate you for what you do.

Stuffing oneself when depressed is common story. If you want to have a fresh start, might as well start eating right. Yes, being healthy DOES require one to EAT> Just take in a lot of fruits and vegetables and cut off carbohydrate intake. But of course, you must clear your state of mind by thinking positively about yourself and yur surrounding. That way, you cut off depression. You'll feel a lot better once you start looking at things in a better light or perspective.

Whenever you get lonely or depressed: PRAY. You'll only end up in self-ruin should you continue your eating-when-Im-depressed habit.

You have identified the problem. It is now time to take responsibility for your actions and just not over eat when you are stressed. Only eat healthy and stop eating when you are full. If you are not hungry...don't eat.

well seems to be an american problem. sport and exercise can decrease stress and be fit also. u dont have to run marathons just walk sumwhere u like when u got the shits. sitn on ur **** feeding it in front of tv not gunna extend ur wunderful life

instead of eating to destress or to cope with stress why not whack on that pilates dvd and work out , sweat it out focus all that stress into your workout, and if you dont have a workout dvd then d/l bearshear.com (the free version) and download some excercise /workout dvds
