how old are the both of you...( it matters for the answer)

Take her out to dinner at a nice restaurant, then to a Hotel room w/ a Jacuzzi Tub. Go early by yourself and sprinkle rose petals all over the bed and empty Jacuzzi tub. Set up candles around the tub also. Get a bottle of champagne or wine and leave it in the room. ( I know your not 21, that's why I said leave it in the hotel room)

If your serious about the girl then I would get her 1/2 karat (total weight) diamond earrings. Buy a cheap Jewelry box ( you can get one at Walmart that looks decent for like $20.00 and put the earrings inside the jewelry box. Leave the jewelry box on the side of the Jacuzzi tub that is covered with rose petals, and candles.

I think that not only will she end up having a birthday to remember, but SO will you!!!

Good Luck.

Depending on how much you are willing or capable of spending. But women tend to like jewelry and they have some beautiful and inexpensive jewelry out there.

A heart shaped diamond pendant

Or a charm bracelet with the first charm being something that will always remind her of you or something special that yall did.

Another choice would be a beautiful journal/diary so that she can keep a detailed accounting of yall's relationship.

If she doesn't have a good picture of you then go down and have yours taken for her and put it in a beautiful frame.

Things you can do if you dont have any money.

Pack a picnic basket with her favorite foods and surprise her with a picnic in a beautiful spot at sunset.

Take her to a secluded spot to watch the sunrise or the sunset.

There are alot of things you could do for her.
Hope some of these are helpful

One thing my girlfriend and I have done for each other at times is that we pick an hour or a few hours when we will be alone and have privacy and the gift-giver has to do whatever the gift recipient says for the hour or the few hours. We've had a lot of fun that way and we don't waste a lot of money on useless gifts.

ANYTHING......I didnt get my girlfriend anything for her birthday one time. It was the last time I do that. She will like it even if it is a sappy card telling her how much you love her. Its not always about the money. Its the thought that counts. Im sure if you made a card with a Sharpie marker and a pizza box she would love it just because she knows you were thinking of her.

Aw, cute. :)

Well... One special thing you could do is take her out to dinner (not at McDonalds, Wendys, or anything of that sort) for her birthday. A restaurant. You could do that and perhaps see a move afterwards, or just dinner would be fine. You could send flowers to her house. You could buy her something she likes. For instance, if there's a movie she raves about you could get it for her to show her you listen and care about what she has to say... Stuff like that. :)

you know her better then we do.. what does she like? does she have a hobby? does she need something? is there something shes said she would really like to do? maybe something she told you about that you remember that she forgotten about..
keep it simple, surprise her but put thought into it and she'll love it no matter what..
good luck

Does she polish her fingernails ? A certificate to a nail salon would be nice.

A promise ring. It shows how much you care but not being too serious.
