Educate yourself. Read more books, especially mystery novels that demand your attention and force you to use your logic. Try out a Sharyn McCrumb novel or Agatha Christie. Also, if you have the time and money, take a college course in literary analysis or logic. I've also had lots of luck working on crossword puzzles. If you are looking for a vitamin push, take Ginkgo biloba. And drink water - a hydrated brain is a happy one!

It is important to concentrate and focus on a goal. In order to reach that vertain goal.
1.Excercise helps, such as yoga.
2.Another point is to start memorizing. Remembering phone numbers or remembering peoples drinks, names.
we are used to the digital world , where the computer works on behalf of our brain. We no longer try to search for a number in our head. You siomply have a digital pad or a phone that you could get the necessary information out.
Now if you work vice versa it seems like it is an impossible job, but through practice you excercise your mind to get out of being lazy. You always have to challenge.
It is like working out, it takes a time to reach where you wanted to, but eventually you can. YOu will notice that you remember things better, and can recollect them faster than searching through search engines.
try to memorise verses , poems.
Also a new game to excersise the brain is to play a puzzle game, which is with numbers, it is a new and entertaining game.

Your brain is just like ur muscles...and it too needs exercise and stimulation... so try doing a crossword each day, or play sudoku.
If u dont know what sudoku is, look it up, and the websites will explain how to play it...but be warned, its quite addictive
