The best place to find inexpensive cars is the newspaper. Anything you buy from a dealer that is cheap has been marked up about 100% or more. So if you are buying a car from a dealer for $3,000 you could buy the same car in the same condition from an individual for $1,500 or so. The public is the best place to buy inexpensive cars.
