NO milk, give him a little tuna until you can find a home for him or buy him some cat food. Meat and fish is better for cat's than cow's milk. Only water to drink.

Lots of cats like tuna and the water it's packed in - try feeding it that.
I've known cats who like scrambled eggs, you can try that, too.
I've also known cats who like cheese.
A cat that small, though, you really ought to feed some kitten food. Take the little guy to the vet, too, to make sure he's healthy.
Congratulations on your new pet!

give him a bowl of milk. i used to give my baby cats evaporated milk (the kind that comes in a can) and mix it with some hot water and then we would put it in some bottles we bought especially for the cat but you can let him either just drink out of the bowl or somthing. if not milk give him some tuna. you know like out of a can or something. the tuna in a can i buy is in water so my cats love to eat it and drink the juice in it

It may eat just about anything if it's hungry. Just don't give it milk. Some kind of meat, tuna, chicken, even a little cooked rice if it is weak. If you don't want to keep it, call the Humane Society. You may want to be wary, you don't know where it's been and it could be sick, just watch for obvious signs.(breathing difficulty, coughing, mucous watery or matted eyes, nose). Best wishes!

u could give him sum milk and make flyers with a picture posting "LOST CAT" unless u want 2 keep him. u could probably feed him sum cereal like cheerios if u hav any. also if u hav sum tuna or any kind of fish u could give it that. u should use a pan and put sum sand in it so it will hav a place 2 go.

Take him to a vet and find out how old he/she is. If he/she is 8 weeks or older, it can eat dry kitten food with a little milk to make it moist. If not, it'll need to be on kitten formula, which you can purchase at any pet food store.

Give him some fresh meat if you have any and maybe a little milk to drink. You could call the Humane Society and see if they will come and pick him up. Also maybe knock on your neighbor's door to see if he belongs to anyone.

don't give him milk - it will give him the runs. If he's that size, he's not a baby, baby. If you have some cheese, or even some lunch meat, he can snack on those. See if you have a can of tuna - he will love you forever.

Got any tuna? It won't do for the long term, but a little bit of "human" tuna won't hurt. Then, take him to a shelter.
Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT feed him milk.
