Take some water in squeeze in fresh lemon and drink. I would also change my salt to Mortons light salt its in a blue container. If you read labels you can determin how much sodium is in the food you eat. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. It depends on the person, but stay away from pop and cheese. Pop,Cheese and Pizza are high in salt. Eat more lean meats like chicken and white fishes, tuna. Only have 2 slices of bread a day and you will be set. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. You should get 2.4 g of sodium a day. Chances are your getting enough.

If you are retaining water, cut the salt out of your diet.this means table salt and items such as canned vegetables.People do not realize how much sodium is in canned items.
I know this from personal experience.I retained so much water that i gained 40 pounds of fluid in one month and had to have IV Lasix and oral Lasix. This is a serious matter. If it continues, see your doctor. It could be a more serious condition such as Congestive Heart Failure.Which can happen easily to adults.

There is a drug (capsule) referred to as Lasix. It's used notably for congestive middle issues however it is designed to eliminate immoderate water. Check along with your health care provider and spot what he/she says. be mindful regardless that. About 20 mins after you are taking the capsule...you can have got to urinate. This will cross on for each and every half-hour to an hour for no less than three or four hours. Not to say it is not the "Oh...I'll simply wait to visit the toilet". You cannot. When you have got to cross you have got to cross NOW! Good success
