SPACE DOCK LAYER CAKE
1 c. soft butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. all purpose flour
12 oz. chocolate chips (mini morsels)
In bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each. Add flour, then chocolate chips. Spread into greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" pan, lined with wax paper. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees (preheat). Cool completely. Invert cake onto lightly floured cloth. Peel off paper. Cut cake crosswise into 4 (3 1/4" x 10") sections. Spread 3 teaspoons frosting onto one layer. Top with 2nd layer. Repeat, frost with remaining frosting.
FROSTING:
12 oz. mini morsels
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Melt morsels in double boiler; stir until smooth. In bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add chocolate and vanilla; blend until smooth.
Makes 8 servings.

as long as u stick in good weed in the mixture before u bake it-it will ensure u flying!! of course, no stems, no seeds. if u can, use malawi gold, it tastes best with chocolate cake!!
