Personally I ask questions about christianity because I find it extremely odd that so many people believe in it. I was brought up in a semi christian environment, made to go to church on sundays. I can't understand how it is that people will throw out reason in favour of faith. so many christian arguments only work if you don't question them, major stories of the bible are copies or complete fantasy. IE the story of noahs arc is copied from the story of Gilgamesh. also if the world truly was flooded, the atmosphere would be so dense the one would drown if they tried to breath, besides there is not enough water on the planet to be able to flood it, and if you say that god made more water, you still have the problem that one would drown if they breathed. if I'm not mistaken the bible says the age of the earth is roughly 6000-7000 years old. but we can see that the pyramids and sphinx were built roughly 12000-13000 years ago. also there are constructions in south america that also dates back to roughly 12500 years.
and then there is the problem with the idea that jesus came to 'save' you from 'hell'. IF this is true, then that means that god didn't give a damn about any human before the time of jesus nor does he care about people today. now it's understood that christians go around spreading the 'word' but it is guaranteed that they will NOT reach everyone in the world, if they eventually do it will most likely be in another hundred years or so, maybe less. so that would mean then that in the mean time there are people going to 'hell' needlessly.
To say something is missing inside of me is beyond false. I have my beliefs and I guess it's just the way christians are trying to brainwash(yes i believe a large majority have been brainwashed into christianity) people into christianity, I occasionally try to see if a christian is truly thinking on their own or they have been implanted with others thoughts. and it's not hate, it's more curiosity and bafflement

Just because a person is non-Christian doesn't mean they don't want to educate themselves about it. The more I learn about Christianity, the more reasons I find that it just doesn't work for me, and also, the more information I have to defend myself should/if a Christian try to convert me. I know that in Christianity witnessing is an important part of it, but I want to at least be able to back myself up if a Christian or any other religious person asks me questions about my beliefs and/or why I don't share their beliefs.

That's incredibly closed-minded.
One, while many people are non-Christian, I doubt that there are more than a few anti-Christians, and even less who are going out of their way to patronize Christians.
Two, have you ever heard of studying religion? Some Christians study many religions, while remaining perfectly faithful. Some atheists study many religions, while remaining completely without belief. Is that so hard to comprehend?

Antagonists.
Like the Pharisees of old.
Just keep asking foolish questions. Try to trip the people up.
Try to get their goat.
Antagonists have always been around.
You have a point, it seems that they love to cause hard feelings, aggravations and agitations. They don't mean to ask the questions for knowledge, they ask the questions to get an emotional response.
Take Tom for instance, "say no to Jesus". It is his call sign.
Yes Tom, I am aware of you.
Have you ever tried to become educated, or do you like to be ignorant?

They do it so they can get more info, either because they are curious, or they want "ammunition" for the next discussion/argument they have with a christian. If someone is against something, it isn't unusual to get more informed on it so that they can be better prepared to defend/state their stance on the issue.

wright sense: It doesn't hurt our children to learn about our Loving God. It makes them better! They learn the right way and the wrong way of doing things. The road to everlasting life is a narrow road. But we have the choice to take the wider path, if we want to. But the wide path only leads to sadness and problems. I want better for my children. The non christian world has no absolutes. What ever you want to do is okay. But there are absolutes. There is a correct way to do things. There is a right way and a wrong way. When you have babies, you teach them what is hot and what will hurt. You protect them from bad people and things that will hurt them. You teach them to love. God teaches us those same things if we let him.

The right to believe in God or not is one thing. To put your faith in a religion is quite another. Religions the world over are responsible for more wars and deaths than political wars.
Its not wrong to denounce the church and maintain the faith of the Creator. Jesus did.

Lots of people 'hate' Christianity because of the damages the belief system itself does to children. If your religion, such as the bible and it's instructions, harms children, you will hear from others.

No it's an attempt to find out why you believe in something that blatantly isn't true so you can be healed from the mental illness that is theism. Say no to jesus
