Was Jesus the son of God or just the worlds most succesful cult leader?

Jesus did exist though his miracles and so on where most likely exaggerated.
After all, the land was occupied by an enimy force and something needed doing to get things rolling to kick them out.
Who better than someone claiming to be the son of god.
At the end of the day, He was trying to do a good thing but he was also a political person.
Even the actual Story that we are familliar with was created to join Pagans and various christian groups.
The son of god that we hear about was written into things later down the line by various people including constantine of Rome.
If the story of Jesus being a holy person was completly true, there would have been one story but there was dozens and they were all brought together in order to bring order to the christians under rome.
If everyone has 1 religion, theres no disorder so the differernt and WARRING christian communities and pagans were brought together for political reasons.
After all, Constantine himself was a Pagan!
Jesus was real enough, just not the mirical working son of god we all hear about.
The BIBLE has been changed a few times to suit the people of the times.
HELL isn't even a place, it simply means an eternal sleep. The frightening place of torture was brought about when people didn't pay their taxes to the church so they frightened people into paying.
And as for being offensive? Well, Christians forgive don't they :)
Anyway, just a note for the worshipers of Jesus... One of the 10 commandments specifically says "Thout shalt not worship a false idol". God says you should not worship anyone but god so how do people justify worshiping christ?

Jesus was a man that taught peace and love and a good way to live. He wasn't God. He was a piece of God just like all living things are. No better than anyone else. No worse than anyone else.

Real man, but fake stories - the life story (star in the east, nativity, donkey ride, crucifixion etc) is based upon images of the earliest constellations in the night sky - but of course, it doesn't mean that the "christian" culture is bad - the rules that are laid down are a pretty good system for life, although maybe a bit idealistic and therefore virtually impossible to carry out.

A real person, and a very special person. He was given a very special gift and gave his all to help us. We all have to have some sort of belief and if you want to belief in the life a Jesus then you are fine. If you want to beleive in some other faith or spiritual beleif then that is fine too. We are all part of the supreme being and Jesus was a larger part of the supreme being - therefore he was real and still is.

110% real. Yes, jesus was the only begotten son of god.
If u read John 3:16 in the holy bible, it will state that god gave his ONLY BEGOTTEN Son, to die for us.
The holy bible doesn't lie, it's the book of truth.
so, no jesus wasn't a cult leader.
