No ... I live on the lake . Many turtles have duck legs for lunch. Sometimes the duck gets lucky, and dose not become part of turtles lunch. the turtle will pull duck under the water untill it drowns. But if the lucky duck brakes a leg, he will be free. And still live a stright life
I have never seen a dizzy duck swimming in circles....

I must say that when I first read your question, I thought to myself that someone has a little bit of a sick sense of humor. Then as I was thinking that, a visual popped into my head of this duck with one leg in a pond of water paddling as fast as he can, trying as hard as it can, in as you say a circle and getting nowhere but around.
It's a little sick but cute !
