I broke up with my Girlfriend a month ago, she now going out with another guy which is asshole i hear form HER, Why does she has sex with me and make out with me, then I ask her for a second chance and says "I have a boyfriend" Does that make sense??

Sounds like she's using this other guy to make you jealous, but it's impossible to tell for sure until you call her bluff.
She's punishing you for hurting her feelings and her pride. The sex and making out is just allowing her to feel power over you and assuage her hurt feelings until she can wean herself away completely. You should stop giving it up for free. Tell her that you love her, and that being with her physically has become too hard for you while you know she's with another guy. Start ignoring her- stop calling her, stop hugging her when you two meet by chance, and maybe start dating other girls. If she cares about your feelings she'll come running back to you as soon as she realizes you're serious. If she doesn't care enough to run back to you- then what are you really trying so hard to save?
I mean, you must have had a reason to break up with her in the first place.

Dude wise up she is playing you. She is keeping you around because you let her. My little sister does this sh it. Your ex is keeping you around for convenience. Probably jusst in case the other guy left her she could run back to you knowing you will take her back or as my little sister calls it, "keeping her options open". Be firm with this girl and make sure she understands that your not a toy you have feelings also. That if she wants to be with you, then be with you. Not just be with you when its convenient for her.

One would think she's troubled and needs help--more help than a good guy can provide. So, offer to go to counseling with her--or not.

yup it doesmt make sense at all
but u can do 2 things
either go on with ur life and still have sex with her with no feelings involve
or u can disappear out of her life for a bit and maybe then she will realize what she had
a person never realize what they had until they lose it
