I think it's more likely he would trigger a synapse response in your head, creating the illusion of sound, perhaps by first inspiring you to take a mind altering substance. Nothing is out of the question, this is an uber being beyond our fathoming.

God, or whatever you beleive the supreme being be, is in all of us so when you get a feeling about something go by that instanct and you wont go too far wrong. Remember all religions lead to the supreme being because we are all part of that supreme being. There are also others from another area that are not part of this supremecy and they, temporarily, have the upper hand. This will not last - don't be mislead. Go with your gut reaction

You are looking for something tangible. God is intangible.
Life's lessons, and history teach us. God speaks to us through these lessons.
If we escalate a fight, it turns into a battle, then a war. If we instead respect the differences, and determine a solution (avoiding fighting)
There is no 'voice', but there are rhythms of the earth and our fellow humans. Listen to your self-conscience tell you right from wrong. You know these things because you know 'bad' deeds will cause someone harm.

Many creatures on this earth make sounds without a voice box. Some humans have been known to use telepathy. Can you prove that it can't be done?

Here is where the Catholic school comes in handy. God doesn't speak to you. He uses a special angel, a seraphim, called the Metatron to speak for him. You remember, Alan Rickman played him in the movie.

in occultism we call it the language of the birds. our creator would never limit itself to something as misinterpreted as words. it talks to us through all of everything around you. the birds and bees is a classic example. the hive is always a constant temperature 98.6 degrees! sound familiar? the cycle of new moon to new moon is 28 days sound familiar? (womans menstral cycle) all these coincidences are a way to know that our creator is communicating to us but its personal to us in that what ever seems a big coincidence is actually a message (not from without which you may think is where creator is but within from inside your very soul, for your creator shares your experiences with you as you!)

God speaks to us in many ways. He will use people, he will speak to your heart, he will use dreams. As well as Satan, but Satan can't speak to us threw the heart like God does. God convicts us when we are about or if we did something wrong. Satan kinda cheers you on and keeps telling you, "you're fine in what you did (wrong) it's so-n-so's fault anyway. I know you know what I'm telling you.

when you are filled with the holy spirit you KNOW when it speaks to you.If you haven't experienced this inner voice, then maybe it's time you ask God to help you experience.
