how do you make youre familie to be with you all the time even when they are away?

my familie is split trought europa and they are becaming so cold they don t even think at me ...or to ask ...are you ok?...or something....no nothing,they just whant to send me mony but they don t thinck at my fellings...what should i do to make them more sensible with me and to be again a familie?
