Me too. I get this recurring feeling that I've forgotten to do something.

It is a bith to vague for me. It sounds to me like some things have happened in your life (this life or past life) that made a huge impression on you - but most likely were also traumatic.

This is very usual when one has incurred a real trauma - that the events sometimes play like a movie inside your head time and time again.

This can be very confusing because they can be linked to so many things it is not clear to yourself what you remember - or what really happenend.

I sometimes have that - what I do is I just keep a diary in which I write down everything the way I want to write it down. For me the evenng before I go to sleep is the best time.

This way I am not bothered with the thought that I am loosing importend information and it is easier for me to put my mind to rest during the day.

I hope I guessed right and you find my answer helpfull.
