Anyone who does not believe that Jesus is the Christ sent to die for your sin will, in fact, go to Hell.

It says so in the Bible.

If that freaks you out, it should. Hell for eternity is not something the chance.

p.s. but isn't it wonderful that God sent a blood sacrifice (his son) to the cross so all we would have to do is believe in him and be saved? God's love is so overwhelming sometimes.....

Probably not. There is no evidence such a place exists.

These days, a lot fewer people believe in that than used to thousands of years ago.

We can certainly create a more hellish world if we want to than they could ever imagine back then.

So the imaginary one has less meaning and relevance, compared to the possibility of a real one.

As continually, the atheist might win. He might understand that he does not ought to play via ethical rule books and is hence in a position to homicide his debate fighters. besides the undeniable fact that, whilst his fighters are ineffective, the atheist can now no longer concentration on individuals's gods and would now, for the 1st time, think of deeply approximately existential questions. The atheist might then the two convert to between the theologies he sought to homicide or self terminate somewhat than residing a fantasy of wishful thinking. in case you propose who might win a debate supported via physics, logic, and recommendations technological know-how? the respond is obviously the Buddhists, some agnostics, the Taoists, the Hindu. The atheists and Western religions are the only structures of perception denying technological know-how and logic. it is particularly ironic how the atheists cherry p.c.. what technological know-how and logic is subjectively significant to them interior the futile quest to journey purpose actuality (via subjective journey).

God lets us decide where we will go! We make a choice, to believe or not. Story- A teacher in college brings 30 donuts to class. He picks one young, physically fit, young man to do 30 push ups for every donut received. As students file in, each is given a donut and the young man begins his push ups. After about the 5th student, the class starts feeling sorry for the young man. They start turning down the donut. The teacher continues making the young man do push ups. Wait a minute, a young woman replys, I don't want the donut, don't make him do push ups for me. Too bad the teacher replied, the donuts are a free gift to you, whether you take it or not. But the young man has already agreed to do push ups, whether you accept my gift or not. This is a silly story, but Jesus died for us, whether we accept His gift or not.

The same question could be asked for example by Muslims. They could say: Will Allah send Christians to hell? I hope not.

no you will send yourself there, our actions everyday determine our place in the universe. Stands to reason that things that are loving, kind, beautiful and creative will endure. Whereas all the stuff that is'nt falls away because its not worthy to survive.

If you think God is an ***hole, sure. I prefer to believe that if the Christian God is a loving and forgiving God, he will look at how people lived their lives.
