Would you consider someone that sees murders, rapes, and torture and has the ability to stop it but doesn't to be a sadist?

Sadist: The deriving of pleasure, or the tendency to derive pleasure, from cruelty.

God must be enjoying it or it wouldn't allow it. Free will is not an excuse because god could wait until the murderer decides to murder someone but stop him before he actually does it.

Clearly yes, if God's omnipotence is such that God could unilaterally bring about any state of affairs God wishes. Therefore, either God is a sadist, or God is not omnipotent, or God doesn't exist. The first and last options are untenable for a variety of reasons, so I take the middle one.

God gave us the chance to be perfect through Adam and man failed. If he had not, there would not have been any of this bad stuff going on. For that we are cursed. God showed great love and mercy by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ to save us from Hell. As the world ages, the human race mutates in geberal more and more away from that original perfection, that is why things seem to be getting so bad, they are! God did quite enough by offering Jesus. Man is responsible for what is happening. Free will is free will, plain and simple. If humans were to accept the Lord Jesus as their Savior, what you see happening, would not. Sadly, the world is too caught up in wordly things: money, science (man basing his "knowledge" as fact) and the like.

GOD is almighty, the creator of heaven and earth and all living things and everything. although he knows what is happening to his creatures on earth he does allow it because man is given an option to select what is right or wrong to do. murders, rapes tortures and everything which is not right is the work of satan who wanted to overpower GOD. From heaven he sent his begotten son JESUS CHRIST to save sinners. GOD will punish sinners when judgement comes

If God stopped the murderer it would not be Free Will.

Murder is the work of the Devil, Satan in his temptation of mankind to sin and reject God.

no ...again you have it wrong....the one you are referring to is man filled with the sin nature......obtained in the fall by satan....again mans will infects all good..

apparently you do not understand the concept of free will...God gave us free will because He wants us to love Him. and others....He gave us choices....how would it be a choice if He intervened and stopped us from doing things that we want to do ...what kind of free will would that be?....none.....when man does these vile things he is surrendering his will to the will of satan....
