Well, ask what your date does on a normal day, ask about the family, her mother, her sister and her brother, don't forget the dad. Make sure that you ask the questions that you would like yourself, then there's a 80% chance that you will have success

Just talk about normal things that you usually talk about together. The only difference in a date than in normally is that it's more formal. Most ladies like it when their men have a decent job and is well mannered.
