seems a little silly to me. all that time spent primping and preening in the mirror, but it seems to be trend nowadays. Just curious. What ever happen to just being a well groomed man or is the whole metrosexual thing just a marketing niche?

NO WAY! I dont want a man thats prettier than me. I am supposed to be the soft, pretty one, not him. He should look after himself but if he has more hair products than me, forget it.
It may be old fashioned but I like a Maculine man with rough hands, a little sweat, stubble and scars. He should be looking at me not his reflection in the mirror and he should be intimidated by clothes shopping.
I think metro men are for little girls who didnt grow up. When you are young you like sweet, soft good looking boys because they are non threatening. Then you grow up and appreciate men for being masculine and not like you.

I think it has to do with Hollywood. Look at the popular stars...the men are all "pretty". You don't see rugged manly men anymore. Women are all a size 00 and men are getting more feminine...at least according to Hollywood standards. I don't mind a guy being metrosexual, as long as he stays away from MY makeup and hair products...lol.

I like my men manly myself.... But once in a while its nice to know that the dirt is not perminantly attached to their hands...
but let me say this... you think its silly for a man to do all that primping and adjusting, but not for women? Its all the same if you ask me...

gay.... Jokes basically avert the stigma in case you arent optimistic with it, needless to say being metro-sexual is in part being optimistic. in case you do no longer dig it their are different strategies of having observed. Plus you're appearing extra as a chum than a lover being metro-sexual. Their are extra negatives than positives... tried it :/... yep needless to say i'm no longer a female besides the undeniable fact that it doesnt require **** to determine this one out matey. D

i agree with randi. metrosexual guys are such a turn off. BE A MAN. I want a man who can kill a cockroach for me, repair the tv for me and act like a man, not a vainpot.

No way...I love when my man can put on a tanktop and jeans with his hat on backwards and go outside and work on the car or do whatever. I love when he works with his hands and I love his skin being dark from the good ole sun...NOT a tanning bed. I love when he dresses nice, but the primping just doesn't work. I'm so glad my fiance doesn't do that! I like a REAL man! :) Guys don't have to be PERFECT...and we don't expect...just make sure your clothes are clean, UNwrinkled and you smell good! :) I also like hair on his arms, NOT shaved! Now a guy who is just unclean with dirt under his fingernails...constantly...that's a little UNDERdoing it! :) Just be your bad *** sexy selves and that's all we need! :)
