Putsborogh has a beach carpark ..... but if you want to 'drive' you jeep on the beach, you'll be out of luck. Years ago I use to rip around a few of the beaches in the middle of winter with some other guys but then it's cold & wet & there is no one on the sand!
Alot of beaches are privately owned and so you'd need permission to drive on their land!

What would really be nice for anyone else on the beach would be if you left your jeep on the road and walked on the beach. Some of us like to know there are still a few places where we don't have to go in terror of being run over. And you might actually enjoy the sea, the wind, the sand etc.
