Please take your cat to a vet. A change in urinary habits can be caused by a cystitis, which can be fatal if not treated with antibiotics. Even a dirty litter box or a change in the brand of litter can cause a cat to urinate somewhere other than their litter box.

Please get her to a vet as soon as possible. It's most likely a urinary infection or stones in her bladder. If left untreated, she will start having bloody urine and get very sick.

Cats do not start urinating outside there litter box without a reason. Check her out medically before starting some of the other options listed here (which are valid!) Just make sure she's healthy first.

Had the same problem with a cat of mine. There was nothing I did that would stop her from doing so, until I caught her urinating in my clean clothes that were in the laundry basket. At that point, I got rid of the cat.

OR...
Your cat is trying to get your attention - have you been too busy to play with him/her?
OR...
There is a new member in the household - baby, another pet, etc.
