Write to City & Guilds, London Institute with the relevent details of year of examination, College where taken , The college where exam taken may have further details of record details in there archives.. I have all may City & Guilds certs, for 1954. Which total 5 certs. Plus many others considering I still do some studies even aged 70 years of age just to stop me being brain dead.

Aply for duplicate indicating roll no,year of examination,year of passing etc to City and Guilds office.
