He was the first to say it and he kept saying it every day until i said it bak one day and then he said that finally i said it he had been waiting! he also whispers it when were intimate or he is about to ***. well lets hope he means it...some guys do say it and not mean it but i think that if he has said it over and over again that chances are he means it...i hope you two have been together for awhile and that you know him well.....you should be able to tell by the way he treats you in other ways too... are you hold enough for a relationship as you have...it is a big commitment you know..i hope that you both are being careful and having safe sex..well hope all works out well for you and be careful...and if it is true love i wish you the best.....
