how old are you, how far are you going and what will you be doing? if they said no to begin with then it probably won't happen. if you are wanting to try, help your parents around the house and make sure that what your doing is not going to get you into a lot of trouble even if there was an adult. if your younger than probably 15 or 16, i say wait a few years.

That would depend if you are 6 or 16. The question is WHY do you feel a need to go somewhere without an adult? Anytime I put that condition on going out as a teen, it was generally to get into mischief or do something they didn't approve of. Did I hit the nail on the head? *S*

depends. Dunno how old you are, but you need to talk to your parents. Dont even try it if you're not 16 or older! it wont work. Tell them that there are some things that you wan to do (i dont know what u wanna go and do without an adult) on your own, and you want your independace at times. be prepared for the "we care about you" line because im sure that's come up a few times. you can tell them that they can trust you (whatever your history of being good is, I dont know) and that they have surely raised you well enough to make educated choices. Whatever it is you want to go do without an adult, DONT do it if you arent sure. you might just regret it. think about what you are getting yourself into. again, ur age i dont know, but yeah I think people can think for themselves.

If you don't want an adult around then that's even more reason for them to want you to be with an adult. If you want to be treated as an independent person you'll first have to prove you are mature enough to handle the responsibility

If they don't think its safe for you there is no way.But if you have shown yourself to be reliable maybe a little talk will do. If that doesn't work let a adult go and show that you can be trusted.

That all depends on how old you are. Either way, you need to develop trust. Your parents have to be able to know that what you are doing is safe. That's it. Assuming you're not doing something safe (i.e. drugs, sex), then your parents have reason to worry. If not, let them come along one time, see that you're doing fine, then they'll be more apt to trust you next time. Hope this helps

If you are under 13 you probably won't be able to. Many restaurants and other such places require children under 13 to be accompanied by an adult.
Talk to your parents and let them know how responsible you can be if they give you a little leeway.

Acting responsibly is a start. Depending on your age and what the place is, you may not be able to convince them.
