Well.. this guy, I told him I like him.. he din't come back online for quite along time until 1 day I said we need a talk. He came online and we don't really know what to say.. he said it's very weird.. we din't really know each other.. but he's the type of guys in my mind... I guess I've scared him off.. what should I do in order to cover the embarrassement and improve the gaps between us? Please advice. Thanks.

Seriously, i think u r too anxious in getting to know him. Just imagine one day if one of your friends whom din really know say he like u (online), how do u feel? I think it is really absurd ( Do pardon me if my words are bit harsh). I don't mean you can't make friends online, but in order to know him better I feel tt maybe U could suggest a outing first before u slowly developed this type of relationship.
Since this embrassment had been caused, as a guy I think he is trying to avoid U at the moment. I suggest tt U apologised to him and said u send the message to the wrong person.(it is up to him to believe or not). if he do response, U can chat on common habits both of u have. But sorry to say this, I do feel tt he will keep a distance from you. Hpe time can close the gap between both of you.

Just ask him to forget it lah... Explain how you can get impulsive sometimes and if he can put it past him, you can too.
