Yes, "Power of Collective Prayer" does a great job of taking all those collective counciousnesess to that greatness.
As, this is very much clear (from scriptures, Vedas & Gurus) that we are part of that Super Conciousness i.e God; HE is Super and we all are Unit Consciousness.
When, we pray collectively, it holds more power than prayed individuallly; as this creates more power in the environment and creates positive energy to go near HIM.

Perhaps. I believe more that if all people wanted something to happen or stop, the power of collective thought rather than prayer would be more immediate.
If all were to concentrate on the same subject, all wanting the same results and all at the same time, will make something good to happen and benefit mankind. Same goes with all thinking bad.

no ... God is un-created & has always existed

Jesus said when 2 or 3 prayed in His name, then He would be there (in Spirit). But our prayers don't create God.

No, but collective prayer is more effective. If one can put 1000 to flight, then 2 can send legions fleeing.
